"Blessed is he who has learned to laugh at himself, for he shall never cease to be entertained." - John Powell
Ok well can I just say I am a little disappointed in BYU, as well as the officials at yesterday's game. BYU did not play nearly as well as they should have. What have they been doing this whole summer when they were supposed to be practicing? Seriously... and those ref's were ridiculous (Read my comment on Ryan's blog for more on that one).
I have started to be more involved in my singles ward. Everytime I go I get all excited and I want to go to FHE and all that stuff. I actually talked to a bunch of people today at break the fast (Carlos was included!!). Anyways hopefully I can hang out with the fun people in that ward. Who knows though I have never really been accepted by most of those types so I guess we'll see.
I am still super stressed and now I am mad at myself cause when I get stressed I get super mean and I got into a fight with my friend over the stupidest thing ever. Ugh... Still job hunting, no sucess there. Still working on getting through the OC... haven't had too much time lately and my open time is about to cut in half with Aida.
Speaking of Aida I have to say that I really don't like the director at all. He has no respect for the people he works with. He is very full of himself and thinks that because he is the director everyone is below him and deserves no credit or apprecition. Last night at rehearsal I was talking to him across the room and he looked straight at me and said in like the snobbiest tone ever, "I can't hear what you are saying to me, person at the computer." EXCUSE ME?!?! The "person at the computer" has a name. One that you should know because I have introduced myself to you about a million times. Jerk. And the way he addresses other people is pretty bad too. Last night he said to Tiffany (the music director). "Tiffany come here right now." It was in the most demanding and disrespectful tone I have ever heard a director use. Tiffany looked straight at him and said "How about a please Chad?" It was great. Anyways... I don't know how it is going to be working with him. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

There are always calls that suck, but a lot of times calls do come while they are 20 yards away form the goal line, players are ready to go and just get to excited and screw up, but a 17 point loss is dang bad.
P.S. in response to your comment on Chris' blog, I was one of those on the band wagon to get Crowton fired, BUT you cannot blame everything him, look at what he did with his new team Oregon on Thursday, they kicked the other d=teams trach and have over 570 yards of offense, more then BYU has had in any one game in a very long time
oh yeah, one last thing, I am glad you like your ward. My new ward is really fun, I am really excited tobe involved!
That's too bad you met Chad like that. I do feel slightly obligated to defend him. Sure, he gets pissy. But doesn't EVERY director during crunch time? Just give him some time. He'll cool. I actually think you'll really like him. It just sucks that you had to meet him like that. *shrugs*
